ULTRA [Skript 2.2] Mineplex Core [Remake] [1.8.8] 1.5

What is this?
This script adds the commands and features of the Mineplex Server.

Why Did I Do This
Because I have too much free time

Commands:
"/mineplex-core help" : Options for this plugin (Not in Mineplex Server)
Perm Needed: OP

"/mineplex-core setAdmin (player)": Do this for the first Admin/Owner as this gives you perms.
Perm Needed: OP

"/a (text)": Contact Trainees+
Perm Needed: Member+

"/ma (player) (message)": Reply to Player's /a report
Perm Needed: Trainee+

"/radius": Toggles your force field to repel players away from you
Note: Staff Members (Trainee+) are not affected by the radius command.
Perm Needed: Trainee+

"/vanish": Toggles your visibility to players.
Note: You can not chat while in vanish!
Perm Needed: Trainne+

"/chatslow (seconds)": Toggles chat slow. To disable: do /chatslow no args.
Note: Staff Members (Trainee+) aren't affected by this.
Perm Needed Sr.Mod+

"/silence": Toggle chat silence
Note: Staff Members (Mod+) aren't affected by this.
Perm Needed: Admin+

"/updaterank (rank name) (player)": gives the selected player the selected rank.
Note 1:This is how you give permissions to players.
Note 2: To get a list of ranks do, "/updaterank" with no arguments.

"/s (text)": Broadcasts a message to current lobby/server/world
Perm Needed: Mod+

"/party (arg-1) (arg-2)": For usage please do "/party" with no args.
Note 1: To talk in party chat start a message with a @ in main chat.
Note 2: You can use /z as a shortcut for /party
Perm Needed: Member+

"/announce (Announcement Message)": Broadcasts a message to the entire server (Title pop-up)
Note: The message will show up in the title and it will show up in chat.
Perm Needed: Admin+

"/gm (player)": Toggles the gamemode of that player, if the argument is not set it will toggle your gamemode.
Note: This toggles you between survival and creative. If you are in spectator or adventure mode, it will put you in survival.
Perm Needed: Admin+

"/message (player) (message)": Need I say more?
Perm Needed: Member +

"/ping": Measures your Ping!
Note: PONG!
Perm Needed: Member +

"/locate (player)": Calls and displays the world the player is currently in.
Perm Needed: Mod+

"/tp (player)": Teleports executer to player.
Perm Needed: Mod+

"/tp (player) (player)": Teleports Arg-1 to Arg-2.
Perm Needed: Admin+

"/tphere (player)": Teleports Arg-1 to you.
Perm Needed: Admin+

"/punish (player) (reason)": Ban/Mute/Warn a player
Note: Trainees: Sev.1 Only. Mod: Sev. 1, 2, & 3! Admin: Sev 1, 2, & 3 and Unban/Unmute
Perm Needed: Trainee+

"/updatelevel (player) (level)": Updates your level (next to your name)
Perm Needed: Admin +

"/news (line) (text)": Sets the messages you get in titles on join
Note You can use plain old "/news" to see the current lines!

Features:
Mineplex Chat System:
The Mineplex Chat System (MCS) overrides your current chat formatting and uses Mineplex's chat system
Example: {Level} {Rank} {Name} {Message}
Note: This is toggleable with "/mineplex-core useChat (true/false)"

Mineplex News System:
The Mineplex News System (MNS) broadcasts a title when you join saying the messages from /news
Example:
