BlackSpigot ULTRA Showcase​

The ultimate BlackSpigot ULTRA setup for exploring our custom packs, products and plugins. A drag-and-drop Paper 26.1.1 server with nine content collections, 18 bundled plugins and a ready-built showcase in an EpicWorldGenerator world. Configure your public pack address, accept the EULA and launch with Java 25: the integrations, models, menus, permissions and example economy are already installed.

32 seconds of real gameplay: animated companions and cosmetics, furniture, custom tools and the arena. Static furniture retains its authored behavior; it is not given invented animations.

12 seconds of actual player combat: animated Jax, sword hits, effects and boss-bar damage.

Nine included packs​

• Progressive Tools: 25 visual tool appearances and five cast states.

• Three companion collections: woodland pets, the featured beagle companions and Parro, with five MCPets entries and a passive exhibit meadow.

Gameplay and administration​

Players enter through /ultra or /help, claim a one-time starter set, use /pets, /cosmetics and /shop, and challenge Jax through /ultra arena. The default GroupManager group has gameplay permissions and no administrative permissions.
The tested runtime loaded 18 plugins. A non-admin shop purchase changed the balance from 100 to 68; the default chat prefix rendered; pets, cosmetics, furniture, UI and Jax combat were exercised graphically on Paper 26.1.1.

Native shop, Essentials balances and GroupManager player/staff/developer/admin ranks. The included guide documents every plugin, starter commands, pack installation and customization.

Installation​

1. Install 64-bit Java 25 and use the supplied Paper 26.1.1 server directory in a new, writable folder.
2. Back up any server before merging files. Do not overwrite an existing world or plugin data directory without review.
3. Read the Minecraft EULA. Set eula=true in eula.txt only if you agree to it.
4. In plugins/ItemsAdder/config.yml, replace CHANGE_ME_PUBLIC_IP with your public IP or DNS name. Allow TCP 25565 for Minecraft and 8163 for the combined pack. Leave server-ip= blank.
5. Run start.bat on Windows or ./start.sh on Linux. Review the console for plugin or license errors.
6. Wait for ItemsAdder's content and pack generation to finish after Paper reports Done. Join with a compatible Java client, accept the merged pack and open /ultra. Reconnect if you joined before the pack was ready.

Requirements and limits​

Java 25, 4 GB free memory for the supplied heap, outbound HTTPS for first-start caches and an online-mode Minecraft account are required. The full server folder is intended for a new installation; merging it into an existing server requires configuration review. Retain the bundled plugin versions until an upgrade is tested. ItemsAdder owns the combined items and furniture; do not enable duplicate Nexo or Oraxen IDs here. Individual pack updates retain their previous integrations.
A fresh extraction enabled all 18 plugins and preserved the showcase world, custom models, guide and non-admin permissions. HibiscusCommons and the Essentials development build print version warnings on this server version; the documented flows worked, but full upstream feature compatibility is not claimed. External routing and online authentication depend on your hosting environment. Progressive tool tiers are cosmetic appearances, not an automatic leveling system; Parro riding and a completed Jax kill were not independently verified.
