Adding to a Server:

1. Download resource
2. Unzip the file
3. Stop your server (Best to be safe)
4. Delete the folder in your plugins folder called "ClearLag"
5. Place the folder from the zip file called "ClearLag" into your plugins folder
6. Turn your server back on and enjoy!
